Jackie Robitaille

This event is on September 6, 2014 2:00 pm

Jackie Robitaille’s “ethereal delicacies crafted with classically trained vocals accompanied by expert keyboard techniques” have landed her vocal chords in the esteemed company of the Windsor Symphony Orchestra at the opening of the War of 1812 bi-centennial celebrations and on the stage of New York’s Carnegie Hall. Though it’s her incredible song writing skills that have captured the attention of those with whom she’s shared the stage, including Kathleen Edwards, Alex Cuba and Ashley MacIsaac with whom Robitaille performed at the 2011 Shores of Erie International Wine Festival, in Gaelic.

Robitaille’s voice, honed over three years at the University Of Windsor, is “trained but soulful, passionate yet comforting, weaving elements of Motown and jazz.” A voice, that when combined with her effortless, romantically influenced piano, has captured fans at venues and festivals from across North America.
