The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) of 2005 aims to provide people with disabilities great customer service. SHORES OF ERIE WINE FESTIVAL Volunteers will provide proper accessible customer service by adhering to the following policies;

• Allow service animals
• Welcome support persons into the festival at no charge
• Let patrons know when accessible services are not available (washrooms, walkways, parking lot)
